Well i've been a moderator on a few websites but nothing like MS.

1. What will you do if someone reported a "hacker" to you?
I would ask the person what he/she did.. And then try to find them and see if i could catch them. Also, get proof to back up my actions.
2. What will you do if someone was stuck in-game and you cant d/c him/her, and owner is not around?
I'd ask the person to calmly wait for one of the owners to get online or if they really wanted to play, then they could restart their computers.
3. How would you handle it if someone was spamming indecent things about/anything the server?
IF it was really really bad then i'd give them a warning and if they wouldn't stop then i would most likely ban for maybe an hour? and then unban later. BUT if they got online after that and still did that... Well, ban hammer for them.
4. What do you do or say if someone asked you for items or to train them?
If i was a gm, then i would tell them i couldn't because it was the rules. And apoligize. I'd also find someone who would be willing to help them train or give them items
5. Do you think you are capable of becoming a good gm and will not abuse your powers?
Yes, of course. Im sure of that.
6. In what way, do you think, would you be able to help the server succeed?
Helping the users would most likely be the key way to help. Happy campers matter most
7. Why do you want to become a GM?
To help look after the server.
8. Will you be active? Estimate how much time you are on a day?
I already am, and about 3-4 hours daily or more.
9. Have you ever donated or bought anything from the shop?
I haven't donated but i've bought stuff from the shop.
10. If you were demoted back to a normal player, OR given a strike, do you argue or take it like a man and be happy? And will you agree to have your account checked by a higher GM than you?
Take it like a man, yeaaaa. Their's nothing you can really about it. And alrighty, if that whats needed then sure.
11. What will you do if you are not chosen to be a GM?
It wouldn't change anything
12. Describe and talk about yourself?
Well, im pretty laid back and mellow. I like to read, hangout with friends, play sports, regular teenager stuff. Haha and play cod Oh, and i love winter <3. Yuki means snow in japanese xD
13. Do you have any experience with GFX/Banner Making?
Yes but i don't have a program to make them.
14. If you can have any 2 super powers, What would they be?
Telekinesis and super speed! Heck yea.
15. About how many people have you brought over to the server, Names?
My cousin and brother, that's about it lol.

I don't mind advertising at all. I know BBCode and HTML. And i know some java coding but i dont think i'd be able to help much
