Questions:
1. What will you do if someone reported a "hacker" to you?
I would go into hide , observe the player , and see whatever hack that he/she has been using and then check the info of the player (number of rebirth, max stat item and stuff). I would immediately take a SS of the incident if he/she really happens to be hacking and banned the person without hesitation. A person whose hacking should be dealt with without hesitation and the fact that he/she know their hacking, mean that they would know the consequences if they are caught hacking. If I'm unsure bout the person, i would consult other fellow GMs on their stand before i act or leave it to higher ups. I shall act based on what i see and not what i hear or whether i have a bad blood with the person. Nor will i act based on sex.
2. What will you do if someone was stuck in-game and you cant d/c him/her, and owner is not around?
I would suggest the person to go to the SextMs website and log-in from there, then use the control panel to unstuck the person and have him/her to try again. if the problem persist, i would ask the person, to try to re-log after while. Or restart his/her PC and see if that works. If the problem has no changes, i would sadly have to ask the player to wait for the Mo or Ben or Brad to come on and try to help if i cant find a solution.
3. How would you handle it if someone was spamming indecent things about/anything the server?
I would give a first stern but friendly warning telling the player that he/she is not allowed to spam those stuff like skills or advertising . However, if the problem persist , i will have no choice but to follow up with a 15 min jail and have to person muted within the 15 min jail, asking him/her to reflect on their actions. After the jail period is over, i would keep a close eye on him/her to see if they still do such stuff. If they persist, i would immediately warp the person to me and have a chat with him, telling him/her strictly to stop such thing and give him a 30 min jail . And the third time the person does such a thing , he/she will leave me no choice but to banned the person, whatever their reason is, UNLESS it a valid reason , and all the GMs are willing to give him another chance . I believe that it really no use to keep jailing or banned the player as they would just get agitated and try to challenge the system or create more accounts just for that purpose.
4. What do you do or say if someone asked you for items or to train them?
If the person ask me for items , i would , without hesitation , tell the person to stop begging or asking for item as i will not give him. I'll tell him that he/she has to earn it like everyone else , through event or other ways. And if he/she continues , i would mute the person for 5 min , and ask him/her to stop, or else i would have to jail them . If i get a request to train the person , i would sadly have to tell him/her , that i cannot do that , as it would be very unfair to all the other players in the game . i would , instead refer him/her to other fellow friends that i have in the game who are able to train him, and kindly request if they could train him . If not , i would refer him to places that are suitable for him to train and level up .
5. Do you think you are capable of becoming a good gm and will not abuse your powers?
To be honest , i would not know how good of a GM i will become , however , I'm willing to learn from other fellow GM and make everyone whose playing the game to have a better experience with SextMs. I would try my best to perform with the highest standard .I will not abuse the GM power as i know that being a GM is a privilege and blessing and not a gift to abuse on others. Being a GM mean to help others and do my best to make everyone's gaming experience a whole lot better .
6. In what way, do you think, would you be able to help the server succeed?
I would introduce to other friend outside whose not in the game to play it and try it out. i would also do my best and try to make everyone playing, to be happy and try to server them as good as possible. I would make lots of event so that people would be entertain and have fun and joke around with people . I believe that if we treat the players with utmost respect and make them enjoy themselves, they would continue to play SextMs and play on even more , and thus help the server to grow.
7. Why do you want to become a GM?
I never have the guts to do something like that and , i feel that this could be my break-through and opportunity to be able to help everyone and make the game even more better . I strive to help everyone in anyway possible . I feel like i would be able to do this job well and it would help me and learn from others in ways that i have never try before. Plus , i see that Jamie/Sarah/Sammie is on most of the time , or sometime even none of them , plus my time-line difference may help out with the server
8. Will you be active? Estimate how much time you are on a day?
Well based on how often people have seen me, i would say that I'm EXTREMELY active , i would play like from , 11 am till 2-3am the next day. so i would say that i play almost 12-15 hr everyday. and i see that most of the GM online are Jamie and Sarah or Sammie. And just nice, my time-line is same as Jamie, and thus , I would be able to assist him or other GM, as I would say, talk to Jamie quite a lot, and i even can talk to him on msn, thus i would be much help to him, as i know he has been working his butt off! So I would like to help him and other GM as much as possible. Well, sometimes not so active, cause , need to do stuff , but i would CONFIRM be able to find time to play!
9. Have you ever donated or bought anything from the shop?
Yes, i have bought/donated for GM roar from the shop before. And i am looking forward to Donating more to the Server , plus my Birthday is coming, i could ask my mother to help me donate as my present
10. If you were demoted back to a normal player, OR given a strike, do you argue or take it like a man and be happy? And will you agree to have your account checked by a higher GM than you?
If i am demoted to a normal player or given a strike , i would kindly and be humble and accept it. I would kindly ask the higher GM to guide me on what i have done wrong, and do my best again and learn from my mistakes . As what's done is done , no point arguing, i should just accept the decision and move on to be a better GM . I would most definitely allow a Higher GM to check my account, as i have nothing to hide if my conscience is clear.
11. What will you do if you are not chosen to be a GM? ......(This matters greatly! Be honest.)
Well, as usual , i would just carry on with my life, and continue playing this awesome server. This server is great, it has wonderful players, helpful and kind GMs , and not to mention , FUN event and FUN people! No point being down of what has past, i would move on and be happy , and help people whichever way i can still. Besides , I'm still here , playin' and stayin' , ain't I ?

Hey guys , I'm Murphy , as you all know already. Well, i like to play sports , computer and watch television . I'm a REALLY slack guy and i like to relax and chill out , even in games I'm easy going , fun to talk to , helpful and loves to make new friends !

Well, i do not have experience in it , BUT , im desperately trying to learn too. This is something that i REALLY REALLY wanna learn if possible. So i would try to find out and learn as fast as possible to help out . Honestly speaking , i spend like 4 hour searching google yesterday , trying to figure out how to do it!
14. If you can have any 2 super powers, What would they be?
HAHAH!! well, i would wanna be able to teleport from one place to another like JUMPER!! So cool ah! except the part where people chase after you... Haha . And also i wish i have super strength and reflex , DURH! haha cool plus would help me a lot in soccer !
15. About how many people have you brought over to the server, Names?
Well , i have brought a few people already and planning on more!
