Voting prob

Hey Mo~
I dunno why , but i cant seem to vote....
When i type in my User , they always come to the page and say :

Invalid query: Duplicate entry 'anderson123' for key 'PRIMARY' Whole query:

And i have no idea why?!?!
isit someone , somehow copied my username?!
