Vote points Problem

Hi, I voted three times and I wanted to purchase the 15 Gold Gach Tix for 30 points. When I check my balance it says 30, but when I select the tix, it says I don't have enough points. Does this have a knows solution? Thanks.

EDIT: Vote points NPC is definitely broken now. Now when i try to click anything in his menu it DC's me.

Here's an example from what i know
You need 1000 points for a GM Suit.
get 1010 and you can buy it,
for you just get 40 points.
