Potential Dc Hacker

i can't really prove that he is a dc hacker but in the pic he himself admits it and also quite a few people comaplained that he might be a dc hacker,so this ss just give me more suspsion.After that,he used another charcter to talk to me,after a while he wanted to left then i dced,i am not sure if he dced me or i dced by myself,this is just a gut feel.

hmm . i guess a way to investigate into this situation is to get someone to piss him off & see if that person constantly d/cs or something .
