Come if you have problems with starting SextMS.

You want to make sure you have v.83 MS setup and our client.

The link to download Maplestory is here. Make your own folder for it so that it doesn't get mixed up with your C:\Nexon\MapleStory, if it does, It will ruin the files in there.

After you have it set up completely. Download the localhost below and PLACE IT in the v.83 folder where maplestory is located.
Sextms.exe

If you do not put the client in the right place, you will get an error like this >>> "The program can't start because iij15.dll is missing from you computer"

Well I installed the v.83 on my computer and moved your client into the maple story folder being I didn't have maple story installed at all before I installed v.83.. Whats going on and how do I fix it, when ever I launch your client to play on your servers my screen just goes black.

Help please.

Ok it started, I just needed to let it load took about 30 seconds. But after the 30 seconds the screen flashed and the music started then it closed and said I was disconnected from the server.

Lol 30 secs, quite a long time. Have fun

Note: Black Screen for a lil' while after launching is normal, at least i get it every single time. Just chill and sing yourself a nice short 20-second song and when you're done, poof it'll have loaded and you'll be ready to login
Occasionally it'll say I've DC'd like that one post said, just relaunch. Usually works for me. If it doesn't, check the site and click "status" to make sure the server's online. If it's online and you can't get in after 3+ tries, then report it. But not until then. Please try everything in this thread before reporting it, it'll save us GMs a loooooot of time.

every time i try to log in to my character it disconnects me from the log in server. tried making a new character and it does the same thing...

i downloaded the ms properly and the sextms properly.
put it in the folder as you said but still
everytime i launch sextms, it turns a black screen then poof
Error code: -217287038(Unknown Error 0x80030002)
i tried it around 4-5 times and its still the same!
